Returns & Exchange

QEvan.Store does not offer returns. Exchange only.

Exchange Policy: 7 days to exchange or return after you receive your order. The jewelry must be returned to us in perfect condition and with the original package. No exchange or return for jewelry on sale. 

You will receive a credit for the original amount paid, less shipping charges and discounts, except in the case of incorrect shipping.

Returned item must be unworn with shipping label attached in its original packaging or carrier packaging.

If you would like to exchange an order that included a gift with your purchase, please be sure to include this item in your return or your credit will be adjusted to reflect the retail price of the free item(s).

Please note that clearance items and custom engraved items are not eligible for returns.

Our policy lasts 7days. If 7 days have gone by since you receive your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you return or exchange.
