Shipping policy

  • We ship from Massachusetts.
  • All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.  Pre-ordered items are processed within 2-3 business days of arrival in stock.
  • Successfully placed orders will receive an email or sms with the order details. If you do not receive an email, check your spam filter or contact us for confirmation.
  • If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at qevanstore.talktous@outlook.com. We will not able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.
  • Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. 
  • International shipping prices vary by territory. See shipping choices by carrier in checkout. 
  • Delivery time and price vary according to the customer's choice of carrier at checkout.
  • For orders over $70 we recommend purchasing insurance offered by the carrier.
  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
